Shipping Charge

Our shipping options range from $5.99 to $12.97, catering to various needs. Depending on your global location we will provide the best shipping options available. That includes all duties, essential taxes, and carrier fees for every customer, regardless of your shipping destination.

Delivery Times

At Circle Casa we employ a range of efficient shipping methods to ensure your orders reach you both swiftly and securely. Most of our products are typically ready for shipping within an estimated total time frame of 1-4 weeks, encompassing both production and delivery.

For some of our Furniture Collection orders, the journey begins with sea freight, a reliable mode of transport. Your tracking information will be updated once your order arrives at your local port and is taken over by the local carrier from the sea freight company.

In the case of custom order or Made-to-Order items please anticipate a slightly longer estimated total time of 8-12 weeks to account for production and delivery.

We do want to emphasize that carrier delays are beyond our control and all shipping times are estimations. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate refunds or cancellations for delayed orders already in transit. We understand your eagerness to receive your orders promptly, and we're doing everything in our power to minimize delays.

Contact and Billing Information

Before finalizing your order, we kindly ask that you carefully review your shipping, contact, billing, and payment details to ensure utmost accuracy. It's also important to note that your billing information should correspond precisely with the information on file at your issuing bank.

Change of Address

We understand that sometimes address changes are needed after an item ships. However, please be aware that this may incur an address change fee. It's advisable to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase to prevent this. If an address change is necessary post-shipping, please contact our customer support promptly at support@circlecasa.com Additional fees may apply.

Return Policy

At Circle Casa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy is here to assist you. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, including all tags, instructions, and inserts, must be included.
  • Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of receiving the item.

We Cannot Accept Returns of:

  • Made-to-Order Products
  • Non-Returnable Products (or Products Marked "Final Sale")
  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Products not in their original condition and packaging
  • Products successfully delivered and signed for via White Glove Delivery
  • Open Box Items
  • Gift Cards
Initiating a Return

Contact Circle Casa Customer Care team at support@circlecasa.com. They will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Preparing Items For Return

Unless instructed otherwise by Circle Casa, returns must be made via the original shipping method used for the order (e.g., UPS, Freight, etc.). Detailed shipping instructions will be provided by our team.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow at least 2 weeks for the refund process. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price including tax. Outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact Circle Casa at support@circlecasa.com immediately. Do not attempt to repair or return the item before contacting us.

Shipping Costs

Upon return, the refund amount will be processed, deducting the real shipping costs for both initial delivery and return, irrespective of any prior free shipping benefits. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective item.
